He obtained his brokers license in May, 1998. He has been affiliated with Chapple Realty since April, 1994. Brad has been involved in housing in one form or another for most of his life. As a youngster he worked with his father building and remodeling homes in Oscoda, MI. In 1963, his family bought a lumber yard in Oscoda and he worked there until entering the U.S. Navy in March, 1968. He served proudly in the Navy and was honorably discharged in December, 1970. After his discharge from the Navy, he continued to pursue his career in lumber yard/home center management. That career path led him to Delton, MI, in November, 1972. He spent more than 25 years in the retail building materials field. What he enjoyed was helping people design and build their projects, from decks to houses.
